ARC AC is a server-side anti-cheat resource for FiveM, sold as a licence key. A licence grants the right to run ARC AC on one FiveM server at a time, together with access to the cloud control panel and updates for the duration of the licence.

You are buying a licence to use the software. You do not receive ownership of it, and you may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or publish the resource or any part of it.

Each key binds to the first server that activates it. Running the same key on a second server at the same time is not supported and may cause both to fail validation.

If you move to a new machine or IP, contact support and we will release the binding so the key can activate again. There is no charge for this.

A key is attached permanently to the first Discord account that redeems it. This cannot be undone by us or by you, so redeem your own keys and do not share them before redeeming.

If you buy a key for someone else, give them the key rather than redeeming it yourself.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Cryptocurrency payments are settled by our payment provider at the rate quoted on their invoice page; network fees are yours.

Delivery is immediate and digital: your key is generated and emailed as soon as the payment confirms. By completing a purchase you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal once the key has been issued.

Completed payments are therefore non-refundable. If a payment settles but you never receive a key, that is our problem to fix, not a refund case — contact support and we will deliver it.

Monthly licences expire at the end of the paid period and are not billed automatically. Nothing is stored to charge you again; you buy another period when you want one.

Lifetime licences do not expire. 'Lifetime' means the lifetime of the product — if ARC AC is discontinued, the licence ends with it.

When a licence expires or is revoked, the resource stops protecting your server. Your panel data remains available.

You may not attempt to decompile, deobfuscate, or extract the runtime; bypass licence validation; or use ARC AC to attack, disrupt, or collect data from servers you do not operate.

You are responsible for how you configure enforcement. Actions such as bans are taken by your server under your policy, and moderating your community is your responsibility.

No anti-cheat detects everything. ARC AC is provided as-is, without warranty that it will detect any particular cheat, prevent any particular exploit, or operate without interruption.

Some detections cannot be proven server-side. Where that is the case the panel says so, and a ban action on those modules will not fire. Configure enforcement with that in mind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to ARC AC is limited to the amount you paid for the licence in question.

We may suspend or revoke a licence for chargeback fraud, resale, tampering with licence validation, or use that endangers other customers' servers. Where a suspension was our mistake, we will restore it.

Running ARC AC sends detection records, ban records, evidence captures and server metadata to the control panel so you can review them. This data belongs to you and is used to operate the service.

Your email address is used to deliver your licence key and to contact you about your purchase.
